Information you provide

You can enter pet profiles, photos, weight, wellbeing observations, diary memories, care activities, medical notes, emergency contacts and safety profile details. You choose which safety details to include when creating a QR profile or export.

How information is used and stored

The app uses your entries on your device to show pet profiles, reminders, trends, reports, memories and safety materials. The app does not require an account. Pet profiles, wellbeing entries and memories are handled on your device. We do not operate a cloud account for this data.

Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to add or change an image. Notification permission is used for local care reminders. You can change these permissions in iPhone Settings.

When information may leave your device

• If you choose to export or share a report, poster, image or QR safety profile, the content you select is shared through the destination you choose. A person who scans a shared QR code can see the public safety details you selected.
• Apple handles Paws Plus purchases, trials, billing and subscription management under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. The app uses purchase status to unlock subscribed features.
• If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use it to respond to your request.

Your choices and retention

You can edit or delete information inside the app and control camera, photo and notification permissions in iPhone Settings. Local app information remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app, subject to any device backup settings you control. Shared copies and support emails may remain with their recipients until separately deleted.
